The AeroFilter LLC laboratory was accredited by Rosatom in 2021
The AeroFilter LLC laboratory was accredited by Rosatom in 2021 to conduct acceptance tests for all types of air filters. The test reports of the AeroFilter LLC laboratory are recognized by the authorized organizations of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC at all stages of equipment acceptance according to RD EO 1.1.2.01.0713-2019, as well as during the certification of products that have safety requirements related to the use of nuclear energy.

The laboratory is equipped with modern certified test stands and a complete set of measuring instruments that are included in the state register of the Federal State Information System ARSHIN of Rosstandart

INT PAIF Stand 1017.01
It is engineered and certified for preliminary, acceptance, qualification, standard, and certification tests of aerosol and aerosol-iodine filters, as well as special-purpose filters (EPA, HEPA, ULPA).

The stand's auxiliary equipment allows for testing flat samples of filter material up to U17 class.
The stand is used for testing according to GOST R EN 1822-1-2010 to determine aerodynamic characteristics using DEHS liquid aerosol:
Dependence of the filter resistance on the air flow rate
Air purification efficiency
Defining the filter class

SIS GRO-AF Stand
It was developed in collaboration with the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology to test the quality of equipment made using sorption-filtering materials and sorbents used in packed filters and adsorbers.
The uniqueness of the stand is that it allows you to test a sorbent heated to 300 ℃ to simulate and study the behavior of adsorbent filters during nuclear power plant accidents. On this stand, we test sorbents, personal protective equipment, and bomb shelters.
The stand is used for testing according to GOST R 54443-2011:
Determination of the effectiveness of purification by molecular iodine and organic iodine compounds.
Determination of the sorption capacity index of the fractional composition according to GOST and the size of the granules of the main part of the sorbent.

Применяется как испытательное оборудование при контроле качества плоских фильтрующих материалов и фильтрующих элементов класса EPA,HEPA,ULPA,используемых в системах вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха, в технологических системах образцов атомной промышленности  по показателю эффективности согласно требованиям ГОСТ Р ЕН 1822-1-2010 и для испытаний прочности фильтрующих элементов по аэродинамическому сопротивлению (перепаду давления) и объемного расхода воздуха согласно требованиям НП 036-05 «Правила устройства и эксплуатации систем вентиляции, важных для безопасности, атомных станций»
